To whom it may concern:

Mr. Daniel Koenig worked for us, Deep & Breeze (operated by Silversands, Maldives), as a diving
instructor from October 2010 until September 2011. We operate the dive school and water sport
centre on the island of Funamadua, Robinson Club, in the Maldives, Huvadhoo Atoll.
 
I can say that, without reservation, I was satisfied with the performance of Daniel. He works in a
professional manner, but is friendly and natural with the guests and has a good sense of humor.
In addition, he is prepared to take on extra responsibilities and is valuable in introducing new staff
members to the systems and procedures of the dive school. He is competent in all aspects of
running a dive school, accurate and careful with billing, paperwork and other documentation. His
sales skills are good and he also works well in a team. Daniel is capable in doing his daily duties
with little supervision. During his stay he was eager to learn different skills in water sport activities
and acted in other activities, Deep & Breeze was offering, as there were fishing, excursions,
snorkeling, private guiding etc.
 In summary, I was satisfied with his output and attitude and would recommend him to any dive
operation or other employer looking for people with these important qualities.   
We wish him well in his future endeavors wherever in the world his ambitions may take him.
